I can’t believe how many hits this video gets on YouTube (this one, and the ones that have come before it). The other one I love is the Free Hugs guy – Juan Mann, One Man.
The interview with Matt is very inspiring… he says something at the very end about coming to the realisation that we put our own limitations on ourselves, and we create our own boundaries and there’s a major shift when we see that we are responsible for holding ourselves back. Good stuff.

Ok … I think I am the only person who hasn’t seen this! Amazing and I really chuckled out loud when he was in Korea with one bloke in a small room who was standing still ! Just brilliant!
